Uprated Shock Absorber Mounts – For both road and competition use these mounts are designed to eliminate the top mounting pin flexing and ultimately breaking. Fits to the original mounting holes so is an easy replacement for the standard bracket. 

The brackets are zinc plated and satin powder coated for extra protection against corrosion and there is a minimal weight difference to standard items, so will not alter the un-sprung weight.

Suitable for use with Avo, Bilstein, Gaz and Spax shock absorbers

Fitting instructions

It is recommended that the pin is coated with an anti-seize paste – such as copperslip – before assembly.

It is advised to use the plain shank of the pin for the shock absorber, not the thread. Due to the design of the locknut, it has to be wound on with a spanner or socket only, and the same for removal.

There is room to drill holes for extra bolts if you deem it necessary for even more strength.
