4 syncro, 3.44:1 final drive ratio, Pot Joint (ADU4378, GCV1102) type Mini gearbox with rod type gear change fitted to Mini models from 1973 to 2001. (38G567)

***NOTE*** 1275GT/Cooper 'S' Close ratio gearboxes, we can only recondition your original gearbox as there are no exchange units available.

Remanufactured in-house by Mini Sport then rebuilt to the highest standards, giving you top quality gearbox ready to fit in your Mini.

Each gearbox is completely dismantled and thoroughly cleaned in the latest state of the art environmentally friendly cleaning process.  Every component is then inspected for wear and damage.

After the cleaning and testing is completed, each gearbox is then meticulously assembled using all NEW bearings, shafts, and baulk rings.  The differential also goes through the complete process, then fully overhauled using NEW diff pins, pinions and bearings, before being assembled into the gearbox.

The Mini Sport remanufacturing processes ensure a top quality product that provides a nearly new gearbox as possible!
